Virtual card verification.
In order to verify a virtual card you need to take the following steps:

  1. It is necessary to verify your identity.
  2. It is necessary to take a screenshot from your personal account (in banking), which should show at least the last 4 digits of the card number and the expiration date of the card.

How long does identity/card verification take?

    Identity/card verification can take up to 24 hours.

Why was my identity/card verification application rejected?

    You did not comply with the verification rules/requirements. You will receive a notification with the reason by email.

PayPal Transfers

  1. Transfer is possible only to verified Paypal accounts.
  2. Transfer to a Paypal account opened in some countries is not possible. (Example: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia etc.)
  3. PayPal charges a fee for an incoming payment. Specify commission percentage of your account in advance.
  4. PayPal may freeze incoming funds. For enrollment, you need to wait 48-72 hours.

How long does it take to transfer Visa, MasterCard, Arca bank cards?

  1. It all depends on the banks. Funds arrive from 0 to 3 banking days (sometimes up to 7 days).
  2. Practice shows that most transfers arrive on the card within 30 minutes to several hours.

Recommendations for working with Visa, MasterCard bank cards.

  1. Start working with cards with small amounts, for example 100-200 USD/EUR per day. After several transfers, you can increase the amounts.
  2. If possible, make no more than 1 transfer from/to a card per day.
  3. Make sure that your card is active, there is the required amount on your balance, and online payments from/to your card are allowed by your bank.
  4. Sometimes, for online payments you need to notify the bank; to do this, call your bank and tell them that you would like to make the payment online.
  5. Since some banks do not really like activities with cryptocurrency, when contacting the bank, refrain from mentioning that you are buying/selling cryptocurrency.
  6. If suddenly, you cannot pay from cards that you previously successfully paid with us, then you need to contact Changer.BIZ support to undergo extended card verification. Extended card verification may take up to 7 banking days.

Why hasn’t my BTC transaction confirmed yet?

  1. When there’s a dramatic spike in transaction activity, the mempool can become congested because so many transactions are waiting to be included in the next block.
  2. In most cases, your transactions will eventually confirm. It may just take longer than usual to do so.

Do not receive an email to confirm registration or others mails.

    Sometimes, emails may end up in spam/junk folders, please check those folders.

Are exchanges automatic or manual?

    When choosing the direction of exchange, you can see all the info. Most exchange directions are automatic.
